Ahhhh Dear Flock oh Flock,
You all have spent time with me in some very let out the emotions settings.  As I type they are flowing to the surface.  This day has been full of love coming my way and I so appreciate it from all of you.  It truly means so much to me.
This day has been one of many many emotions.  I know I am a “strong” “resilent” “independent” woman but damn there’s times we all just want to give it up for a while and let someone else let you know they got your back.  I will keep trying to remember self love and compassion.  
Thank you again all of you for your beautiful words and thoughts for both my birthday and my recovery.
