Hi Flock,Brian was sweet enough to inquire as to "how am I doing.” I am doing well. Each day my body is allowing me to do something just a little different and less discomfort. I’m trying to be mentally and physically patience with this healing process. Life is getting back to “normal” with the exception of my exercise/riding routine. Awakening is recognizing that you are in control of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. You do not need to stay stuck in a place that feels heavy. You can pull yourself out, by putting your focus, your awareness, your attention and your intention elsewhere.
This may seem obvious, but sometimes we need a little nudge, or a gentle reminder. Let this be yours.
