Awakening is recognizing that you are in control of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs. You do not need to stay stuck in a place that feels heavy. You can pull yourself out, by putting your focus, your awareness, your attention and your intention elsewhere.
This may seem obvious, but sometimes we need a little nudge, or a gentle reminder. Let this be yours.
