Be a witness to yourself today.
Notice when you are in reaction, and notice what triggers you.
Notice when you find yourself frustrated, angry, sad, distraught or irritated.
Notice how you feel when those emotions are present.
And notice who is noticing...
The noticer is you. This is the essence of who you are.
Observe yourself.
You must first be a witness before you can change it.
