Today's Practice: Be at Peace
Be at peace with what is.
Trying to change it, or fix it, you are coming from reaction.
Only once you are neutral and at peace can you see or know what (if anything) needs to be done. The more reactive you are - the more you create and act from that space - sending out energy that is not helpful and not aligned.
When you are calm, relaxed and peaceful your presence is a healing, your presence creates transformation.
