“As long as someone’s referencing their previous self, their childhood, as a reference point for who they can become, they’re going to be extremely limited, and their potential is going to be shot.

Imagine that you find yourself at a crossroads, where everything in your life- your work, spiritual beliefs, friends, mentors, all told you that a certain path was the right one for you to take.

Only your instincts told you otherwise.

What would be going through your mind?

How would you react in a situation like this?

Growing up a mischievous skater kid in a small town in the Midwest, Brian Koehn was never one to fit into everyone else’s labels so neatly. He wanted more out of life, no matter what anyone else thought was “reasonable” for him to do.

When everything in his world told him who he should be, Brian decided he wouldn’t give in. Rather, he set out to build a new world for himself: an environment where he could live on his terms, in congruence with his values.

In the process of navigating the many crossroads on this journey, Brian became incredibly skilled at reinventing himself towards success.

Some of his highlights:

• sold his first company at 19
• avoided going to college by going to flight school (and getting his pilot’s license at 21)
• in pursuit of a better life, found himself in the midst of a fringe religious network marketing cult
• got over his fear of rejection by having face to face conversations with over 10,000 strangers
• started life over in California, where he worked at Sony PlayStation teaching video game testing
• consulted successful startups in branding and strategy
• Turned around Unmistakable Media as a business partner with Srini
• and much, much more.
