Today's Practice: Be A Leader

Today we will revisit a powerful practice from the past... 

On this path of awakening, it is important to recognize you are leading by example. As you commit to your path, to your service, and to your spiritual connection, you lead by example. As you commit to your growth, you support the collective.

We cannot tell another what to do unless we are doing it ourselves. If we are wanting something from someone, or from the collective - that we are not doing, we are out of ethics. For example, I cannot expect another to be less judgmental if I am in judgement of them. I cannot tell someone to be responsible for their actions if I am being irresponsible, or unconscious with my actions. The more aware of my choices I become, the more aware others will become as well.

When we as individuals take steps we shift the collective around us. As we move forward on our path, we give others permission to do the same.

Energetically we are being witnessed all the time. If we are living in alignment, or owning when we are not, then we are leading by example. As we step up into our light and our power and speak our truth with grace - we show others it is okay to say no, it is okay to put yourself first, it is okay to be brave, strong and vulnerable.

Every action you take leads by example. You are a teacher to all those who are watching you, all those who are observing you and learning from you. You are guiding everyone who is close to you, whether you are aware of it or not.

The greatest way to create change is to be the change.

The more aware of this you become, the more conscious of each action you become. And in turn you become a better leader.
