Reminds me of transference. Remember becoming aware (at least one of the things I recall) at Hoffman about how when if you feel reactive towards someone or something, some event/act that is is a form of transference? Th below reminded me of it....
 

Today's Practice: Space to Get Clear



Bring your awareness to your reactions today, when you feel yourself pulled into something that upsets you - pause. 

Then bring patience into your space through intention. 

Be patient with yourself and those around you. When we make choices from a reactive space we are setting ourselves up for more of the same later. 

Give yourself time and space to get clear, then make a decision when you are more removed and neutral.
