Thank you Paul, Ive been feeling very discouraged lately, like I'm pushing a boulder up a hill and never making any progress. I keep thinking "what is the universe trying to teach me or tell me?" But have not been able to hear or see the answer yet. Today's practice comes at the perfect time. Often there are days when the practice of the day is so on point for me, and I am grateful that you send them so please don't stop!
