Hi Peter,I am working today - helping people with the fires :( and so on e-mail all day. I appreciate you sending this e-mail.For me, gratitude has also been #1. I continue to have a daily practice around this. In addition, quad checks. Do one at least weekly, often daily. I also listen to a visualization about 1X per month (especially the one's from Barbara) And, sometimes on down days, I will read my manual once in a while and reflect on the right road. One final thing. When I went into Hoffman I wrote down some things and I reflect on these often...top 3 patterns to work on:-to be right
-judgmental and critical
-prickly
GOALS:
Spend more time working with people as a coach/mentor/consultant
Be more calm, relaxed and centered
Be more present and open with people
Be in an intimate relationship, a deep heart connection
Be less judgmental and critical of self and others, looking for the best in them
Have a better relationship with my mom
Work on cultivating my intuitive senses more fully
Stop twitchingThose are not my goals for the course - They are what I want for my lifeOn Sat, Oct 14, 2017 at 1:38 PM, Peter Moran <petmoran@gmail.com> wrote:Flock,As we hit 2 years post Hoffman, I am curious which practices that you took away from the experience have remained most central to you (or perhaps which ones you WISH had remained most central to your life today)? For me, actively practicing Gratitude remains perhaps my most repeated activity - and what that continues to easily fit in my life and, despite its simplicity, bring profound change. (I just wish I practiced it with complete regularity).Would appreciate hearing what is most central to the rest of you.
