Today's Practice: Fill Up
When we feel empty, it is time to replenish and fill up!
Often at this time of year people hit a wall, a sense of exhaustion as the daylight changes, as we approach the holiday season, as we begin to wind down a busy, busy year.
If you find yourself in the state of emptiness, exhaustion, or with a lack of inspiration, pause. Take a deep breath. And replenish!
You can refill your tank a number of ways:
Go for a walk.
Take a day off just for yourself.
Sit in a waterfall of healing light.
Drink lots of water!
Get a massage.
Perhaps do any combination of the above, or something else that you know will be supportive!
Today, this week, replenish, fill up!
