Today's Practice: A Love Walk



Go for a Love Walk today.

Take a short stroll with the intention of tapping into love. 

This might look like pointing out things you think are beautiful that you normally overlook as you move through life in a hurry. You may pause with each of these things, perhaps as subtle as the light shinning through the veins of a leaf, the sound from a bird, or a breeze on your cheek...

By tapping into this loving energy you give yourself permission to slow down and be more present with everything. 

Walk slowly on this stroll so as to support yourself in noticing small things you feel affinity towards. You may choose to zoom out and see love in the greater landscape around you, in the sky, or in the mountains. Notice how this differs from the smaller scale. 

This exercise supports you in feeling the connectedness of all things. And it attracts more love.
