Today's Practice: Letting Go of the Past



As we move towards a new year we have time to reflect on, and let go of, the past. Over the next couple days consider what you want to leave behind as you move forward on your path. 

What thoughts, beliefs, ideas, habits, programs, or even material items - no longer serve you. It is time to let them go.

Take this time to release, heal and be free, so you can move forward into 2018 with clear intentions.
