That’s good shit, Casey!
Thank you for sharing. No doubt, there will always be the bumps that come our way and we all do our best to navigate. I’ve found lately that using emotional body training (focusIng in on your 6 senses and using one of them to help bring your awareness back in tune- ie tune in to your hearing, smell, sight, touch, etc ) and putting a hand over heart and asking creator, my guides, my source for help. I also ask to be healed and for my heart to open so as to allow the light and love of the Universe in. One of the people/spiritual teachers I work with reminds us to make a note for yourself (perhaps put in the bathroom) to remind yourself when you look in the mirror to tell yourself “i love you”.

I love you, Casey... and Flock. Feel that love in your heart and know it’s always there.

Peace my brother! 🙂❤️🙏

Subject: Feeling feelings is hard
To: The Flock <1015caa@hoffmangroups.org>

Hey Flock,
I came across this quite this morning from Joseph Campbell, “every feeling fully felt is bliss.” And felt compelled to share how feeling negative feelings has been especially difficult for me of late - mostly because I’ve allowed my avoidance and distraction patterns to take my consciousness. I know this work is hard for everyone - no one gets an easy ride to freedom and personal growth.

Sending love, light, gratitude, and peace.
