Good morning my fellow Flockers

Below I sent a copy of what was sent to me.  Please don’t think “I don’t have any addictions so I won’t be interested.”  This title is misleading.   If nothing else open it and scroll to 1 hr 53 mins and in about 2 mins he mentions Hoffman.  Let’s say I think each of us can relate to what he says.

"I am so impressed with this man.  Holy cow! Just had to send the original podcast that has sent me down the rabbit hole of Dr. Gabor Maté.  You tube videos and website -OMG! He is brilliant. 

I really believe he is right up your alley, Deanna. 

Also, as an aside, this podcast along with another one (not on Gabor Maté) about how we construct emotions, led me to BIG epiphany! Reverse engineered my relationship with my mother, my idea of “rejection” and how that has shaped my life and relationships.  The stories we tell ourselves...fascinating!
