This is fantastic Paul - I was definitely triggered this morning - fell victim to the perfectionist and allowed frustration to rule.
Sitting in silence now, reflecting, and ready to try to do that differently, and with compassion.

Much love and gratitude!

Today's Practice: Can You...?

Can you have compassion when you feel triggered?

No matter how conscious we are - we are still going to have reactions. Particularly reactions with the people we love. They are often the ones who trigger us the most.

The question is, can you have compassion for those you love in the midst of the reaction? Can you observe yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions and not become them? Not lose yourself in them?

This is the good work...
