Short share - been having a little difficulty falling asleep lately (due to staring at my phone too often) Created this new practice where I close my eyes and send love to all the people I can think of who may be hurting right now due to sickness, a death, loneliness, or any other situation going on in their lives.  It feels good and I fall right asleep too!

YES !  Paul....this is the best!   Seriously 2+ years later you guys, and I am still ALL so THANKFUL for all of you!  

and yes...just as you all can say this too,  "I AM LOVE, AND I AM LOVABLE" !!!! Yippie!
