Love it, CC!

Some cousins of those MN geese are all over the place here in Mill Valley. Always a treat walking through their 'leave behinds' when on the baseball and soccer fields.

Thanks for sharing and great reminder. I honestly do not think of our Flock leaving things behind, except for maybe negative patterns. Hope ALL of ye geese in our Flock are doing well.🙏😊Honk, Honk....

Subject: Quote from 1-day Refresher here in MN

Hello you group of beautiful Flockers! It’s spring here in MN, which means, among other beauties emerging from the winter, that geese have returned. It’s become a constant reminder of you all - when I here them honking encouragement to one another while flying over, or meandering and foraging across the street at all hours of the night.
I was passed along a quote from a 1-day Refresher course, led by a Hoffman teacher, and I thought it def worth a share with my flock.

“Idiot compassion is when we avoid conflict and protect our good image by being kind when we should definitely say no. Compassion doesn’t only imply trying to be good. When we find ourselves in an aggressive relationship, we need to set clear boundaries. The kindest thing we can do for everyone concerned is to know when to say enough.” ~ Pema Chödrön

Love to you all!!
