Today's Practice: Pause for Patience
When you start to feel yourself getting upset, when you start to notice you are off balance - pause.
Instead of responding from a habit that might feed into your charge, instead of reacting or upsetting those around you, be patient. Have a deep breathe and bring light into your space. Clear out the feelings that are putting you at effect.
Be patient with yourself. Be patient with those closest to you.
Before you act hastily, pause for patience, pause to reset your space. This can put things into perspective.
When you are calm, balanced and present, others around you will notice and respond. Not only are you helping yourself, you are helping everyone you come in contact with.
Today, activate patience.
