Flock,
I’ve been stumbling and struggling lately down that dark road. Living in frustration and anger….
But today I decided that I was going to take those tools that we learned together and put them to use.  I feel so so so much better now. As I sit and reflect on living in the light and from a source of love I can’t help but think of each of you and the smile that you all put on my face. I am so very grateful for the experience and love that we all share.  I find great comfort in knowing you, my flock, is out there and that you know the real me….the loving kind hearted me.
I love you and am sending my loving light to wherever you are.
