Thanks for reaching out and telling us. I still find that the hardest part is just asking for support. You know what's amazing though is that 3 years, and many life experiences later, we can all still immediately connect at this most intimate level. And when we do, if we get the courage to reach out, we know that we will be accepted and responded to from that same intimate place.Pretty amazing…

I’ve been stumbling and struggling lately down that dark road. Living in frustration and anger….
But today I decided that I was going to take those tools that we learned together and put them to use.  I feel so so so much better now. As I sit and reflect on living in the light and from a source of love I can’t help but think of each of you and the smile that you all put on my face. I am so very grateful for the experience and love that we all share.  I find great comfort in knowing you, my flock, is out there and that you know the real me….the loving kind hearted me.
