I love you both so much! I think we all some patterns related to avoidance and it makes it difficult to reach out when we are struggling, but Scotty I love how vulnerable you were to have shared this with us. I can still remember that beautiful smile from Hoffman and as you can see we are all here to support you in whatever ways we can.

Flock,
I’ve been stumbling and struggling lately down that dark road. Living in frustration and anger….
But today I decided that I was going to take those tools that we learned together and put them to use.  I feel so so so much better now. As I sit and reflect on living in the light and from a source of love I can’t help but think of each of you and the smile that you all put on my face. I am so very grateful for the experience and love that we all share.  I find great comfort in knowing you, my flock, is out there and that you know the real me….the loving kind hearted me.
