This is where your energy is going.  We are powerful creators, however we spend much time counter-creating that which we want by putting emphasis and awareness on that which we do not want. You can let this habit go.  The first step towards changing something is the recognition of it. Recognize when you are counter-creating (thinking about what you don't want), then pull yourself out of it by putting your focus and attention elsewhere.
