Today's Practice: Speed of Transformation

The speed of transformation is picking up. The bar has been raised in the world. Systems that don't work are shattering...

We are living in a time of instant manifestation, and intense feedback. Deep healing and new awareness is a constant.  

There is an opportunity for patterns that do not serve to dissolve. Now is the time for you to be absolved of all you release. Even if you are unsure of what to let go of, let go! Take a moment, take ten minutes, and free yourself from the ties that have bound you thus far. See the corridor of light before you, ushering you into a new era, to a new state of being, with higher consciousness, with more presence, with powerful intention.

Be aware of what you say, what you do, and how you react in this new time, this is your opportunity to lead by example; coming from clarity, compassion, kindness and discernment. Now is the time to live your life in alignment, fully embracing who you are.  

Your practice has led you to now. To this moment, to this day.
Be in your light, apply your tools, and move through the transition with grace.
