Today's Practice: Healing for Earth

Today I am being shown it is important we offer Earth a healing - Sit somewhere you feel comfortable and grounded then imagine a soft white light begin flowing down to you from the cosmos.

See in front of you a globe, or a mini mock up of the Earth and begin sending light to the world. Hold this healing light around the Earth as an offering. Notice if there are areas, countries or regions that desire more of the healing light.

Simply notice where the light wants to go without assuming you know where it should go. Earth knows where the healing is most needed and will guide you there. Perhaps the light flows inside the planet, or to elements of nature. Perhaps it goes into one tiny point that lights up. It doesn't need to make sense to your mind, it is simply an intention, an offering.

Allow the light to flow to Earth and all her beings for a few minutes.

When you feel complete imagine the light flow gently tapers off, and Earth remains. Healed.
