Today's Practice: Worrying



Don't take it all so seriously. Worrying, stressing, getting upset - doesn't serve you or anyone else.

When you find yourself thinking about what you don't want. Pause, pull back, and focus on an aligned outcome.

I once heard someone say, "Worrying is praying for what you don't want." When we think and worry we give energy to that which we do not want. When you find yourself doing this, it is up to you to pull out, to pull back, to redirect your attention and intention.

Everything will work out as it needs to.
