Hi all,
I would like to share with you a really special treat (at least it was for me). I just watched a relatively new movie made by Jonah Hill called STUTZ. It’s about both his therapist, Phil STUTZ and Jonah himself and the tools that Dr. Stutz taught him during their therapy sessions. So many of these tools correlate with some of the things we learned at Hoffman. Highly recommend, but here are some examples of the tools:
