Wow! What a blessing to have you all in my life. Thank you for the warm birthday wishes and the love. I had a great day which of course started with a beautiful  paddle. The sea was calm, the weather warm so I was able to get lost in my stroke and have a very meditative and reflective hour.

On the water I usually see flocks of seagulls, today did not disappoint. When I see them, I am instantly back in the room that we spent our memorable week together feeling the love and the connection that we all share and I smile...forever grateful.
