Was at Hoffman for an integration last night. A good friend is in the process and having the time of her life. So magical.  Wanted to just say thank you to all of you.  My heart continues to be more open than pre-process  and it’s due to our time together.  I am very grateful for that as life continues and it’s not always easy, but being open makes a different for me.  Hope you have a wonderful day, one connected to spirit and your “quadrinity”
