Missing you all already but still feeling you in my heart.

I just did the compassion walk along the beach of the icy Westbrook waters - it was far more soothing and nourishing than I had ever imagined… both the walking through every possible thing I could think to forgive myself for…and then every possible thing I could name that I love about myself (a bit tougher to get started with admittedly…).

If and when you get the chance to do so, if supportive and helpful you can imagine me walking alongside you especially for the self love statements, cheering and amen-ing each one! ✨

So far, I have:
It was a dark and scary night…
And the elephant was…
in the house…
Where the Hoffman Process was being held…
Clear as mud…
The baker looked up from his new creation…
And said to himself “this will make a fine treat for my elephant!”…
Suddenly a shot rang out…
And the dog barked…
And peed on the floor…
And the cat meowed…
The girl waited for the boy…
He ran out the back door…
Headed for his favorite sledding hill…
And with deep sadness in his heart, he climbed onto the back of the elephant…
Nobody liked him, because he always pointed at everybody….
And as the baker came rolling down the hill on the elephant’s back, his finger went through the dough…
And everything ascended up in to the Light…
And that’s how the bagel got its hole!

Can anyone recall what’s missing in there? 😀
